Standard of "Household waste classification mark"
On November 15, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development held a press conference on the release of the "Household Waste Classification Mark" standard (hereinafter referred to as the "standard") in Beijing。
In the revision of this standard, the scope of application, category composition and graphic symbol of household waste classification signs are mainly adjusted。Compared with the 2008 version of the standard, the scope of application of the new standard has been further expanded, the category of household waste has been adjusted to 4 categories (recyclables, hazardous waste, kitchen waste and other waste) and 11 subcategories, and the logo graphic symbols have been deleted 4, added 4, used 7, and modified 4。The new standard will come into effect on December 1。
According to the relevant person in charge of the Urban Construction Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the garbage classification coverage rate of 46 key urban garbage classification residential communities in the country has reached 53.Among them, 14 cities such as Shanghai, Xiamen, Ningbo and Guangzhou have a classification coverage rate of more than 70%。Thirty cities have issued local laws or regulations on garbage classification, and 16 cities have included garbage classification in their legislative plans。The central government units, the troops stationed in Beijing and the provincial organs have fully implemented garbage sorting。All provinces and autonomous regions have formulated garbage classification implementation plans, Zhejiang, Fujian and Guangdong provinces have issued local regulations, and 13 provinces, including Hebei, have entered the legislative process。237 cities at prefecture level and above have started garbage sorting。
The air meeting also introduced the newly developed "national garbage classification" small program。The mini program is jointly launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Chinese government network, and will be officially released and launched online by the "State Council Client" mini program platform in the near future。
The "National garbage classification" mini program covers 46 key cities in the country for garbage classification, and the public can query the classification of domestic garbage through the mini program, and visually see the current classification signs and the adjustment of the new standard signs in each city。
